  Conducting agile training for team members is a critical execution step, but it is secondary to management support. Training the team is useless if senior management continues to demand rigid, predictive status reports, fixed upfront budgets, and traditional hierarchies. Support from the top must be established first to make the training meaningful.

  The team is transitioning - Management is already in support before this change was agreed upon.
