In Scrum, the product owner is responsible for managing the product backlog, including prioritizing features and deciding what gets added to the sprint backlog.
I thought C at first, but I think A is correct. The development team can modify or delete the sprint backlog. In another iteration, given the cue near the end of the sprint, the development team will analyze the sprint story.
