It's should be B: Request for Proposal (RFP). RFP (Request for Proposal) is a document formally solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide goods or services for the project. It outlines the project requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
I think must be B Base on https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/project-requirements-rfps-vendor-proposals-6673. The request for proposal (RFP) process provides a mechanism for organizations to acquire better products and services for their project solutions than they might otherwise be able to provide from internally developed project solutions.
Can anyone confirm if this is a question on the exam and if it would be marked incorrectly if RFP was chosen? I agree RFP is a Request For a Proposal from the seller.
