You will not find the term "change-driven" on the exam for BABOK v3. It means adaptive/Agile in v3. It's an old term from v2. The question should be reframed to be more current. The exam questions lose their value when not kept evergreen. Interestingly enough, it's a basic of Business Analysis yet is not put in practice for this artefact. Ironic.
Change driven = adaptive -> focus more on the frequency of communication
