Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. About these terms

ExamFree (examfree.org) is an independent IT certification practice platform operated by an individual developer based in Hanoi, Vietnam. By using the site or buying Full Access you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide

Free preview questions and explanations, available without an account.
A free account that saves progress and includes a daily quota of AI-generated explanations.
Full Access: a one-time purchase per exam that unlocks the full practice question bank, a downloadable PDF, and unlimited AI explanations for that exam. The price is shown on each exam page before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

3. Practice content, not official exams

Questions are exam-style practice material written to help you study. They are not official exam questions, and we do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Answers and AI explanations can contain mistakes; always confirm with the provider's official documentation. ExamFree is not affiliated with or endorsed by AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, PMI, or any certification provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Full Access is for your personal use. Do not share your account or resell, republish, or scrape the content.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, or break these terms.

5. Refund policy

You can try the free preview of every exam before you buy, so please check that the exam is the one you need.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the content does not work as described, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong exam and have not used it substantially.
Email [email protected] with your account email, the exam code, and your order code. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Access to the refunded exam is removed once the refund is processed.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update questions, features, and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question.

8. Contact
