OSPF has a loop-free-alternate feature to maintain a backup path: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/ip/ip-routing/200225-Configure-Loop-Free-Alternate-path-with.html EIGRP quickly computes a new route via the feasible successor, whereas OSPF may have to run the Dijkstra algorithm.
That loop-free-alternate is an advanced feature and is not in-scope for this exam. By default OSPF will quickly run SPF algorithm and update the routing table. EIGRP does not compute the feasible successor after link failure. It computes it ahead of time (if it can) and has it ready for when the link fails.
