current command is terraform init --migrate-state
current command is terraform init --migrate-state
terraform push is deprecated, and anyway is not used for S3 backend migration. The command terraform init itself can reinigialize the working directory, detect backend changes, and prompts to migrate the existing local state to the new backend.
