MOU : This is a formal agreement that outlines an understanding between two or more parties. It defines the intentions, shared goals, and the mutual expectations—such as what resources will be provided and the timeframe for doing so—without necessarily being a legally binding contract. Key Distinction: While an SLA measures how well a service is performing, an MOU establishes the general expectations and resource commitments between the two entities.
I go with B because MOU is FOR describing the understanding between a company and client. It becomes confusing because it is about what kind of service and time needed which is SLA portion, but MOU can contain brief information about SLA, so I go with MOU.
B. MOU Y'all gotta read, it says: "Which of the following describes the UNDERSTANDING between a company and a client about what will be provided and the accepted time needed to provide the company with the resources?" An MOU is not legally binding; it is an understanding between both parties. It is not SLAs.
