User1: Location(US) [True] AND Dept(Sales) [True] AND NOT Manager(Associate) [True]. The left side of the -or is True. User1 is IN. User2: Location(FI) [False]. However, their JobTitle is "SalesRep". The right side of the - or condition is True. User2 is IN. User3: Location(AU) [True] AND Dept(Sales) [True] AND NOT Manager(Manager) [False]. The left side is False. JobTitle is not SalesRep, so the right side is False. User3 is OUT.
