Spot is a bad choice because process takes up to 60 mins and instances can be down at any time
It says it can be started and stopped at any given time with no negative impact, and the company doesn't have specific scheduled time or an amount of usage for using Reserved Instance.
Ec2 by themselves are not "scalable" unless they are under an autoscaling group.The question also says that the job can be started and stopped with no negative impact.So even if the execution time of 15mins runs out, it can be started again to complete the 60 mins job. Hence my answer is D
