Revision on my previous answer... B. Install an AWS DataSync agent in the on-premises data center. Required for automated transfers from on-prem NFS to AWS. E. Use AWS DataSync to create a suitable location configuration for the on-premises SFTP server. Configure the on-prem NFS storage (behind the SFTP server) as the source location and EFS as the destination, then run a DataSync task.
