This creates three seperate Date Table for each date foreign key in the Fact table . and then creating active relationships for all active relationships to the fact table. this is allowed , just that it increases the size of the model; which wasnt a condition in the question . answer is YESSSS
A specific fact table cannot establish more than one active relationship with a specific date table, but when there multiple time tables, a fact table can establish a relationship with each date table, which makes multiple active relationships possible.
I think the key is "at a same time " in thos scentence :You need to support the analysis of sales over time based on all three dates at the same time.
