  B: It allows retrieving field metadata, enabling users to choose which fields they want to filter on. Users can select fields via a Visualforce dropdown, and Apex can construct a dynamic SOQL query based on the selected fields. Why C is not correct: While dynamic schema binding allows referring to fields dynamically, it does not help retrieve available fields for selection. It only allows accessing field values dynamically after retrieval and user can't select fields. Users won’t know which fields exist unless they are hardcoded (bad practice).
