Reports: You can upload custom reports as part of content packs or individual uploads. These reports are templates or preconfigured reports that can be used to visualize and analyze incident data, performance, or other metrics. Fields: Custom fields are frequently included when uploading content. These are user-defined fields that extend the default incident, indicator, or other objects in XSOAR to capture specific information relevant to the organization's processes. Why not Indicators or Incidents? Indicators and Incidents are typically data that Cortex XSOAR ingests or processes dynamically, rather than content you would upload as part of a content pack or configuration. Content packs are generally used to upload custom layouts, playbooks, reports, scripts, and fields—not the actual data (indicators or incidents) which are ingested and processed in real time.
