It's a outdated questions. Current path: Home >Licenses - Subscriptions >Microsoft 365 E5 > License Groups blade.
If we must choose "the best answer," it would have to be A. Active Users in Microsoft 365 admin center. Assuming we know the name of the group (question does not indicate whether we do know or not), you would have to click each licensed-assigned user's ellipse menu and click Manage groups, to see if they are in the known group-based licensing group. Yes, this is not ideal, but it is the only answer that satisfies the question. Ideally, you would go to M365 admin center>Billing>Licenses>Product>groups, select the group and it will show a list of the users (you have the group name and can identify the users). Purview does not show M365 apps licensing or reports on it. License blade in Entra does not show group names. Reports (>Usage) in M365 only shows "activity" and does not show group names.
The latest answer: Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Licenses > Select a plan (example: Microsoft 365 Business Premium) > Click to open > Groups > Open the desired group and check for the list of users that have a license assigned.
