None of these terms are even mentioned once in the CBDA guide! Guessing B
I disagreed, I believe the answer is C. The definition of Parametric Estimation & Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) are as follows: Reference BABOK chapter 10.19.3 pg 272 * Parametric Estimation - use of a calibrated parametric model of the element attributes being estimated. It is important that the organization uses its own history to calibrate any parametric model, since the attribute values reflect the skills and abilities of both its staff and the processes used to do work. * Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM): a high-level estimate, generally based on limited information, which may have a very wide confidence interval. Based on the context of the question; using the past knowledge from participants that have worked on their site before. I believe parametric estimation would be a better response.
B - Rough order of magnitude It is the most correct answer because inviting participants who have previous experience with website redesigns to provide estimates based on their knowledge and experience suggests a high-level, preliminary estimation approach rather than detailed bottom-up or parametric estimation methods. This method helps in providing an initial sense of the effort required for planning purposes.
