- Correlation is the scripting technique of capturing server-generated dynamic values (session IDs, anti-CSRF tokens, view-states) and re-injecting them into later requests. Without correlation, replays fail because the server expects new values per session. JMeter post-processors, Gatling check, and LoadRunner web_reg_save_param implement correlation.
