DE is wrong. BD is true. Because Transient and Permanent Tables support Time Travel, so you can recover the data (only the available time differs). But recovering (Time Travel) any type of view is impossible. Temporary tables are deleted at the end of the session.
B. Transient table and D. Permanent table Permanent and transient tables both support Time Travel, so you can recover them with UNDROP TABLE within their retention period. For transient tables that period is 0–1 day, and a table set to 0 days can't be recovered. Views and materialized views have no Time Travel, so UNDROP doesn't apply. You recreate them from their DDL instead. A temporary table is dropped for good when its session ends, so it isn't treated as recoverable.
Transient tables technically have 0–1 day Time Travel, but in exam context they are considered unrecoverable because they have no Fail-safe and recovery is not guaranteed — which is exactly why you wouldn't use them for data you care about protecting
