I get why people say A, but rollback is more of a deployment safeguard, not the main thing at project closure. At the end of the SDLC, the key question is - does the system actually meet what users needed? and that’s proven by the UAT results. If UAT isn’t solid, rollback won’t save you :)so it’s definitely C.
When auditing the closing stages of a system development project, the most important consideration is to verify that all necessary rollback procedures are in place and tested before the system goes live.
During the closing stages of a system development project, the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results are the MOST important consideration because they demonstrate that the system meets the business requirements and is functioning as intended. UAT ensures that the end-users have tested the system in real-world scenarios and have approved its readiness for deployment.
