- Perform Integrated Change Control is the process of reviewing all change requests; approving changes and managing changes to deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and the project management plan; and communicating the decisions. It runs throughout the project from initiation through closing. Its purpose is not to prevent changes but to ensure all changes are evaluated for their impact, formally approved or rejected, and properly documented. A Change Control Board (CCB) often supports this process.
