D is correct. Fastpath can only supported by these gateways, Ultraperformance, ErGw3Az and ErGwScale minimum 10 scale unit. Ultraperformance is not an AZ(zone redundant) gateway, thus leaving us with obvious choice here, that is ErGw3Az. Refer to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/expressroute/about-fastpath
A. ErGw1AZ: This SKU is a basic version of the gateway and does not support high throughput or zone redundancy, so it wouldn’t meet the requirement of minimizing downtime in case of failure. B. High performance: While this SKU offers high throughput, it does not support zone redundancy and is not designed for the specific need of minimizing downtime due to datacenter failure. C. Ultra performance: This SKU is more suitable for extremely high-throughput scenarios (such as massive data transfers), but it also does not support zone redundancy like ErGw2AZ does. D. ErGw3AZ: While this SKU does support ExpressRoute FastPath, it provides more capacity and higher throughput than required for most scenarios. It may not be necessary unless your organization requires extremely high performance, which increases costs unnecessarily.
