Hotspot Solution:
(1)Enable RBAC for Helm agent: Configure RBAC on the AKS cluster so Helm client can deploy POD in ACI or AKS cluster (2)Create Service Account for Tiller: Run "kubectl create -f rbac-config.yaml" to create a tiller ServiceAccount with cluster-admin permissions. (3)Initialize Helm & Tiller to deploy Tiller to accept Helm CLI: Run "helm init --service-account tiller". The Helm CLI directly calls the AKS API to deploy the Tiller pod to AKS cluster and set up the local client. (4)Deploy Chart: Run "helm install". Tiller receives the CLI command and calls the AKS API to deploy the chart.

I think you have to use service principal to deploy either AKS POD in AKS cluster or ACI, so anyway we have to use kubectl to apply for the service principal and azure role binding.

Run az aks install-connector is a command that install ACI, with ACI you do not need Run az role assignment create so for me the answer is : 1 Run az aks install-connector 2 Create a YAML file 3 Run kubectl apply
