Modify the backup configurations of VM1 in answer A still does not delete the backup elements in the vault. Those needs to be removed. Answer is B
You cannot delete a resource group that contains a Recovery Services vault with data in it. You must first remove all backup data before the vault can be deleted.
B. Remove the resource lock from VNET1 and delete all data in Vault1 Why the Other Options Are Wrong: A. Modify backup config & resource lock: Merely modifying is not enough. You need to delete backup items and remove the lock. C. Turn off VM1 & remove lock: Shutting down VM1 doesn't help with deleting Vault1. Backup data must be removed. D. Turn off VM1 & delete Vault1 data: This ignores the resource lock on VNET1, which will still block deletion of the RG.
