"How do you configure an Etherchannel without negotiation while using a negotiation protocol?" D is the best answer... despite how dumb this question is...
D is the best answer but still wrong. The wording is a little too convoluted. An Active and Passive configuration results in a negotiation taking place. The exact wording saying the Passive interface doesn’t negotiate when that shouldn’t matter since a negotiation still happens makes this question once again ridiculous.
Regardless of whether the neighbor device is active or passive, the channel should come up, but the interfaces status is down, so Option B
