the frame is already tagged with vlan 100 so if its not allowed it will be dropped. this can be a security feature of not allwing particular vlans on some switches or location on a network enviroment

It drops the traffic. Tested on GNS3, packet tracer and real equipment, with 2 PCs connected doing a continuous ping. As soon as the vlan mismatch port inconsistency happens the ping fails. It drops the traffic!
