Sites and Services = replicate AD between your on-prem domain controllers DirSync / Entra Connect Sync = sync on-prem AD changes to Azure AD
Answer: B. No The requirement is to replicate the new on-premises AD user to Azure AD immediately. Using Active Directory Sites and Services to force replication only ensures that changes are replicated between domain controllers in the on-premises AD forest. This does not trigger Azure AD Connect (DirSync) to synchronize with Azure AD. Therefore, the user account will not appear in Azure AD until the next scheduled sync or until you manually run Start-ADSyncSyncCycle.
That's an AD connect cmdlet that doesnt work with legacy DirSync right?
