C is the right answer since the Rollup summary for Standard Relationships on Account: Assets, Cases, and Contacts is currently not provided. Here is a link: https://ideas.salesforce.com/s/idea/a0B8W00000GdjVQUAZ/rollup-summary-for-standard-relationships-on-account-assets-cases-and-contacts
roll-up summary field can only be created on a master-detail relationship, not on a lookup relationship. Since the relationship between Account and Contact is a lookup relationship, a roll-up summary field cannot be created on Account to display the number of related Contacts. Instead, one solution could be to create a custom formula field on the Account object using the COUNT function to count the number of related Contacts. The formula would look something like: COUNT(Contact__c) Where "Contact__c" is the API name of the lookup field on the Contact object that links it to the Account object. This formula field can then be used in email marketing segmentation strategies.
Answer is C
